We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed.

During peak order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery during such periods. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery may be delayed by factors beyond our control such as natural disasters or pandemics.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HANY Elevate (hanyelevate.com) is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, we will refund the product cost but retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to us at hanyelevate@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace damaged items reported within this timeframe.
